Yes. All cosmetic medical treatments are performed by experienced, AHPRA-registered practitioners trained in accordance with national guidelines.
Consultations are required before any new cosmetic treatment. Every face and body is unique, and your consultation allows us to assess your aesthetic anatomy, medical suitability, and treatment goals. It’s also a chance to ask questions, explore concerns, and receive a personalised treatment plan and quote — all in a calm and informative space.
For your safety, we do not offer cosmetic medical treatments, laser or skin needling procedures during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. However, we would be happy to support your skin during this time with one of our customised facials, which are safe and relaxing options.
We offer two appointment types:
Consultation Only (30 mins): Ideal if you’d like time to reflect before proceeding. This includes a full clinical assessment, medical screening, treatment education (including risks and aftercare), and a personalised quote.
Consultation & Treatment (60 mins): For those ready to proceed, this appointment includes your consultation with time for treatment (if you are medically suitable, consent to the plan, and feel comfortable proceeding). Please note that treatment is not guaranteed on the same day — in some cases, a cooling-off period may be recommended.
We cannot guarantee treatment on the day of your booking as your Registered Nurse will assess suitability prior to a consultation with a prescribing Doctor.
Cosmetic medical treatment pricing is discussed during your consultation, as each plan is tailored to the individual. In line with AHPRA and TGA guidelines, we do not advertise prices for prescription-based treatments. You are required to have a consultation to discuss pricing.
Unfortunately in line with the TGA guidelines, we are unable to provide this information. You are required will be required to have a consultation with one of our Registered Nurses where they will be able to discuss medications used.
At your consultation, your clinician will offer realistic, personalised guidance on likely outcomes. We can use before and after photos to give examples of treatment outcomes to give you an idea, however every face and every result will be different. We do not guarantee specific results — each treatment is unique to your facial anatomy and treatment plan.
Absolutely. We value informed decisions, education, consent and support your pace. There is no pressure to proceed with treatment — we welcome your questions, and you're always welcome to return when you're ready.
Before undergoing cosmetic medical treatment, a Telehealth consultation with one of our prescribing doctors is required to obtain a valid script. In Victoria, prescriptions are valid for 12 months, so the $50 consultation fee typically only applies once a year. However, if your medical history changes, you start new medications or your treatment plan changes within that 12-month period, an additional $50 Doctors telehealth and consultation prescription fee will be required.
Unfortunately we don’t offer payment plans or Afterpay.
Welcome back! If you are wishing to go ahead with a cosmetic medical treatment and it has been longer than 12 months since your last visit, we recommend booking in for a consultation as a new patient. Although you aren't new to us, we will need to ensure your details are up to date prior to your consultation.
