Appointment Booking & Cancellation

Appointments can be made online or by contacting the clinic. A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are strictly non refundable. We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in forfeiting your deposit. Repeated no-shows or last-minute changes may require a larger deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

To respect everyone’s time, we ask that you arrive promptly. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule entirely. This helps ensure that all clients receive the punctuality, quality care and time they deserve.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy matters. All personal, medical, and photographic information is stored securely and handled in line with Australian privacy legislation. We never share client images or information without written consent. Out of respect for all clients, we also cannot discuss other people’s treatments — even if they’re your friends or family.
